For the founders this confirms and cements the win-win philosophy they envisioned from inception.

Directors
Reginald Larry-Cole
Reg is Founder & Managing Director of Buy2Letcars & Wheels4Sure.
Reg graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2006 with BA (Hons) Business and built a business from start-up in 2003, to a multi-million pound organisation within four years, whilst still at University. He lost this first business in the 2008 credit crunch, when the main supplier, who had provided 98% of the company’s revenue, pulled out of the market.
Whilst trying to raise finance for his present companies, 150 institutions declined on his business proposal but his resilience paid off when he placed an advert in The Sunday Times and through that came a private investor with whose help he was able to launch Buy2LetCars and Wheels4Sure.
Reg is an authority in sub-prime automotive finance, indeed he authored the first academic journal on sub-prime car financing in 2006 and warned of the pitfalls whilst also highlighting how lucrative and rewarding it could be if it is done properly. This was long before the economic demise that followed two years later in 2008.
He is now living his second success story and has built the businesses into a multi-million pound organisation since launching in 2012. Reg has a tremendous passion for the business and the current success of the alternative opportunities offered by Buy2LetCars & Wheels4Sure.
Scott Martin
Scott is Operations Director at Buy2Letcars & Wheels4Sure.
He is a founding member from launch in May of 2012 following a very successful career with Range Rover in London, where he shared in the success of being part of the most productive and successful branch team in the UK for 4 successive years.
Scott has been influential in the procurement of competitive supplier contracts with manufacturers Nissan, Hyundai & Vauxhall in the UK.
He successfully led on negotiations with our current wholesale funder, My Community Bank and is now leading further talks with other Venture Capitalists interested in wholesale funding. General Manager
Richard Thom
General Manager at Buy2Letcars & Wheels4Sure.
Richard has been in the Motor Trade for 28 years holding a variety of positions from Sales Executive to Dealer Principal and General Manager.
His experience includes Prestige brands like Mercedes-Benz and Land Rover in addition to which he worked with Renault for 17 years, 10 of which as a General Manager.
Richard commented “I am delighted to be joining Raedex Consortium at this exciting time and look forward to working with the team to continue the growth achieved so far. This impressive growth is cemented by market leading customer satisfaction ratings which are the envy of the finance industry.”
Team Members
James Middleweek
James is Business Development Executive for Buy2LetCars. He graduated from Solent University in Business Studies in 2001 and joined the company in its early days in 2012 having previously worked in the automotive and financial sectors; bringing with him over 15 years experience. James is zealous about the concept of B2L and enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit within the company.
Nigel Longhurst
Nigel joined the company as Finance Manager in December 2014. He brings with him a wide range of experience in commerce and finance gained from wholesale, manufacturing and service industries. In addition to the day-to-day financial accounting, Nigel is currently focussed on reviewing and upgrading our financial systems and procedures to prepare the business for future growth.
Avril Bunton-Williams
Avril is Special Projects Manager for both Buy2LetCars and Wheels4Sure.
Avril is an Insead graduate with an MBA in Project Management & Organisational Design. She provides executive management support to the 2 directors, Reg and Scott in developing the company’s strategic growth, external relations and partnerships. She is responsible for the planning, co-ordination and preparation of the company’s business management & administration.
Avril also brings with her a wealth of experience in events & project management as well as public relations. Prior to joining Raedex, she worked as Conference & Project Manager for various national media & advertising companies such as the BBC, Granada Media, Flextech TV & WCRS as well as private medical practices in Harley Street.
Peter Goodwin
Peter is responsible for managing the account of one of our major wholesale funders. He brings to the company 35 years of sales and marketing management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Peter came to work for us having originally signed up as one of the earliest B2L funders in 2012 and currently funds 8 vehicles.
Deborah Clarke
Debbie is Office Manager & Personal Assistant to our MD, Reg Larry-Cole. She joined the company in August 2014 having worked as Office Manager in various industries such as film & financing, import & export. Debbie has extensive experience in office management and is currently instrumental in setting up our new office space.
Andrew Metzger
Andrew is Fleet Manager for Wheels4Sure. He graduated from University of Wales, Institute of Cardiff in 2006 with an MBA in finance and John Moore’s University, Liverpool with an MSc in Management Consultancy. He joined the company in 2012 having previously worked at Capita Registrars as a Team Leader, managing shareholder accounts. Andrew has over 10 years experience in business management and currently looks after our fleet of W4S & PCO vehicles, whilst managing deliveries of vehicles to our customers from our site in West Wickham.
Lewis Carey
Lewis is Logistics Co-ordinator for Wheels4Sure. He has been with the company since 2013 when he joined on a part-time basis but as the business has grown and W4S takes on more customers, Lewis’ role has grown into a more full-time role, which sees him co-ordinating deliveries to our W4S customers and maintaining records for our fleet of W4S and PCO vehicles.
Henrietta Abatan
Henrietta Abatan is a Wheels4Sure Sales Executive and was originally a Wheels4Sure customer who was so delighted with our services that she relentlessly pursued our MD to come work for the company. Reg finally acceded to her “pressing” and Henrietta joined the company in August last year. Henrietta has been a top sales person for 2 consecutive months and continues to excel in her role. Henrietta has worked for Logica, TfL and Citibank.
Ryan Duprey
Ryan Duprey is a Wheels4Sure Sales executive, with a vast background in customer service roles. During his search for sales based roles, he stumbled upon Wheels4Sure & immediately recognised the opportunity. The regular staff training sessions coupled with reading books recommended by our MD such as; “The Magic of Thinking Big”, “Reallionaire” & “How to Win”, have helped him to grow & really take ownership of his personal & professional development as well as his role. Past experiences such as taking part in the Camp America scheme, have helped him to establish himself as part of the sales team & connect with customers in providing them with vehicles, suitably matched to their needs.
Michael Kaikai
Michael is an experienced and the longest serving member of the Wheels4Sure team who recently graduated from Buckinghamshire University where he studied Business Management and Marketing. Michael has been a great team player & instrumental in teaching new joiners the “W4S Way”. Michael has been involved in football for many years and through this has learnt how valuable it is to be part of a winning team and has focused on the different aspects that football can teach: Being part of a team; Communication and the Reward of hard work.
Gabriela Porcaru
Gabi recently joined the Wheels4Sure team as a Sales Executive having previously worked for an organic fruit juice company as a sales representative. Gabi is very excited about the prospects here at W4S and hit the ground running in delivering 5 vehicles in her first week, following in-house sales training from our MD.
Daniel Reid
Daniel is a sales executive for Wheels4Sure. He was immediately attracted to the business after hearing a testimony from Reg Larry-Cole about how he overcame the struggles of starting up. “Many may see the sign Wheels4Sure and assume that we are just a leasing company but I assure you, wheels4Sure is a lifestyle. We aren’t just trained to be sales executives, we are equipped in training, to open our minds, broaden our horizons and change lives. There is no better feeling than when you have a client in need and you resolve their problem and experience the joy they get from this unique service. I’m proud to be a part of this company. There is a lot that I can contribute here, but there is so much more to learn”.
Nathalie Haydon
Nathalie is Office Administrator for Buy2LetCars & Wheels4Sure and joined the company in February this year. Nathalie was looking for a change in career after having worked for several years in the customer service sector.
John Blyth
John joined the company last year. As Senior Driver, he co-ordinates activities amongst 4 of our field drivers, between our 2 sites in South Godstone and West Wickham.
