Prices with insurance are based on a driver that has held his PCO licence over 1 year. For those who have under 1 years’ experience will be subject to a premium.
We can now provide insurance for PCO drivers without 1 years’ experience.
How it works
Your lease payments cover the cost of PCO, MOT & SERVICE (excludes wear & tear, tyres, bulbs, etc.)
We will also provide you with a replacement vehicle within 48 hours, if your vehicle is off the road.

Lease a W4S vehicle with a fully comprehensive W4S insurance, if you’ve held your PCO badge for 1 year plus.
Or provide your own fully comprehensive insurance if you’ve only had your PCO badge for less than 1 year;
If you meet the following criteria:
- UK Drivers licence for at least 3 years,
- Taxi/PCO badge for at least 1 year,
- (if less than 1 year, please provide your own fully comprehensive insurance)
- Resident in the UK at least 2 years,
- No more than 6 penalty points in last 3 years,
- Not banned within the last 5 years,
- No more than 1 fault claim within the last 2 years.
It is as simple as that!
We can provide you with a fully comprehensive insurance if you’ve had your PCO badge for 1 year plus. PCO badge holders less than 1 year can still lease a vehicle through W4S and provide their own fully comprehensive insurance.
